Your email, your choice
The Herbalist uses your email address and optional first name or nickname to send occasional herbal tips, seasonal ideas and news from Dipaunka’s garden and clinic. There is no fixed publishing schedule.
What we keep
We keep the details you submit, the signup date, which form you used and the consent wording you accepted. This is separate from your order history. Buying something or contacting the clinic does not automatically subscribe you.
How your details are used
Your details are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and may be processed by a service used to deliver The Herbalist’s emails. We never sell your email or share it for another business’s marketing. Your name and email are not included in the website’s visitor analytics.
Changing your mind
Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to unsubscribe you, correct your details or delete your signup by emailing herbalist@theherbalist.com.au. You do not need an account.
We keep your subscription until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. After an unsubscribe, we keep a minimal opt-out record so an old list or repeated signup does not add you again. If you want to rejoin after unsubscribing, contact us. Website backups may retain earlier records until they are replaced.
A quieter website
This browser remembers when you dismiss the signup invitation for 90 days, or when you sign up, so it does not keep asking. That browser preference contains no name or email address. The form also uses request limits and a hidden spam field to reduce automated submissions.
